# Technical SEO

If your content should rank better than it does, the problem is often technical - not "more blog posts." I help you see what search engines actually crawl and index, then fix the foundations so good pages can earn visibility. I have worked with SEO and WordPress since 2008, and I build my own SEO tools, so advice comes from real search data - explained in plain language.

How I work with you

You do not need to speak SEO jargon. Tell me what feels broken - traffic, rankings, "Google isn't finding us" - and I translate that into a prioritized plan. Years of audits make it easier to skip noise and focus on what moves the needle for your business.

## Who it's for

Site owners, marketing leads, and small teams who have invested in content or ads and still feel stuck - or who want a solid technical baseline before spending more.

## Problems I solve

- →Important pages not indexed, or indexed poorly
- →Search Console errors nobody has triaged
- →Missing or broken structured data
- →Messy site structure and weak internal linking
- →Thin archives and duplicate URLs wasting crawl budget
- →Unclear what to fix first versus what can wait

## What you get

- ✓Technical SEO audit grounded in Search Console and crawl data
- ✓Prioritized fix list with clear business impact
- ✓Structured data and metadata corrections
- ✓Internal linking and indexation improvements
- ✓Plain-language summary you can share with your team

## What you are probably looking for

Most people who land here are not hunting for another generic checklist. They want someone who understands why the site is underperforming, can prove it with data, and can either fix it or hand a clear list to their team.

That is the job: make the technical layer trustworthy so content and campaigns have a fair chance. If speed is also holding you back, that often pairs with [PageSpeed & performance](/services/pagespeed-performance/). If the CMS itself needs work, see [WordPress & WooCommerce](/services/wordpress-woocommerce/).

## Experience that shortens the path

After years of WordPress SEO work, patterns repeat: accidental noindex, broken canonicals, orphan pages, schema that never validated, and internal links that never reach the money pages. Spotting those quickly is not magic - it is repetition.

I also build tools like [SEO Perception](https://seoperception.com/) and [SEO Booster](https://seoboosterpro.com/), so I live in Search Console data and prioritized fixes every week - not only on client projects.

## Technical depth, human conversation

I will talk about crawlability, indexation, and structured data when it matters. I will also say: "Google is ignoring this section," or "Fix these five URLs before you write more content." You get both the engineering and the translation.

If AI visibility and citation readiness are part of your goals, that connects naturally to [AI & GEO visibility](/services/ai-geo-visibility/).

## How I work

1. 1

    ### Listen, then look at real data

We start with your goals and what you are seeing in traffic or Search Console. Then I audit crawl, indexation, and structure - not a copy-paste checklist.

2. 2

    ### Prioritize by impact

Not every warning matters equally. I rank fixes by what will move rankings, traffic, or conversions first, so you spend time on work that pays off.

3. 3

    ### Implement and validate

Structured data, canonicals, redirects, internal links, and metadata - implemented carefully on staging when needed, then verified.

4. 4

    ### Measure and iterate

After deployment I track indexation, coverage, and ranking signals so you know the fixes worked and what to tackle next.

## Common questions

How is this different from a content SEO agency?+

I focus on the technical layer: crawlability, indexation, structured data, and site architecture. Content strategy is not my main deliverable - I make sure the technical foundation lets good content rank.

Do you need access to Search Console?+

Yes, ideally. Search Console data is the fastest way to see what Google actually reports. If you do not have it set up yet, I can help with that as part of the audit.

How long does a technical SEO audit take?+

A focused audit on a typical business site usually takes one to two weeks from kickoff to a prioritized report. Implementation time depends on how many fixes you want me to handle versus your own team.

Can you work alongside my existing SEO or dev team?+

Absolutely. I often deliver a prioritized fix list that your team implements, or I handle the technical changes directly in WordPress or your stack.

Will you explain findings in plain language?+

Yes. You get a report your stakeholders can understand, plus the technical detail developers need. I am used to talking with business owners, not only engineers.

Is this only for WordPress?+

Most of my work is WordPress, but the same technical principles apply to other stacks. If your site is WordPress-based, that is where I am deepest.
