# Product Development

I do not only consult. I build and run products: WP Security Ninja, SEO Booster, SEO Perception, FormReceipt, and more. If you need a plugin, tool, or technical system built by someone who still maintains software in production, that is the engagement.

How I work with you

Founders and product owners usually need a partner who can turn a fuzzy idea into a shippable MVP, explain trade-offs without condescension, and stay honest about scope. My background runs from early programming through PHP/MySQL to modern SaaS - so I can go deep technically while still talking like a human.

## Who it's for

Founders and businesses that need a SaaS, plugin, or internal tool built by an experienced product developer - especially if long-term maintenance matters as much as launch day.

## Problems I solve

- →An idea for a tool or SaaS that needs building
- →Plugins or integrations that do not exist yet
- →Technical systems that need a developer who ships
- →Need for someone who maintains products long term
- →Scope that keeps expanding without an MVP cut
- →Fear of owning unmaintainable code after launch

## What you get

- ✓SaaS, plugin, and tool development
- ✓Technical architecture and implementation
- ✓Integrations, billing, and automation where needed
- ✓Staging demos and launch support
- ✓Optional ongoing iteration after v1

## Built by someone who still ships

Client product work benefits from the scars of real releases: licensing, updates, support edge cases, and the boring reliability work that keeps users trusting you. That is the difference between a demo and a product.

If your product lives inside WordPress, my [WordPress & WooCommerce](/services/wordpress-woocommerce/) experience applies directly. If discoverability matters, [technical SEO](/services/technical-seo/) and [AI & GEO visibility](/services/ai-geo-visibility/) often show up in the roadmap.

## Clarity for non-technical founders

You should understand milestones, risks, and cost drivers without learning a new vocabulary. I translate architecture choices into outcomes: time to launch, maintenance burden, and what we deliberately leave out of v1.

## Long-term thinking by default

I prefer products that can grow over years. That means sane structure, documentation, and honest conversations about what is reusable versus what is a temporary shortcut.

## How I work

1. 1

    ### Scope the real MVP

What must work on day one versus what can wait - I help cut scope to something shippable without baking in dead ends.

2. 2

    ### Architect for maintenance

Stack choice, data model, licensing, and deployment - built by someone who still maintains his own products years later.

3. 3

    ### Build and iterate

Working software in stages, with staging demos so you can test flows before launch pressure hits.

4. 4

    ### Launch and support

Deployment, documentation, and optional ongoing development - products need care after v1.

## Common questions

WordPress plugin or standalone SaaS?+

Both. I have shipped WordPress plugins with thousands of users and SaaS tools with billing and onboarding. The right shape depends on your audience.

Do you work with non-technical founders?+

Yes. I translate ideas into concrete milestones and explain trade-offs without jargon where possible.

Who owns the code?+

Typically you do for client work, with a clear agreement upfront. Licensing, hosting, and support terms are spelled out before build starts.

Can you maintain the product after launch?+

Yes - ongoing iteration is often part of the engagement. I prefer long-term products over one-off throwaway builds.

How do you keep AI-assisted coding under control?+

AI can speed drafting, but architecture, security, and product judgment still need an experienced adult in the room. That is part of how I work.
